Famous halo-halo in town of Bicol, Legaspi. Spend less than 100 pesos for this sweet dessert and enjoy summer time. I think the secret ingredients is cheese and smooth crashed ice. Only my opinion. Sweets lovers surely enjoy the taste of the bowl of halo halo.
